Torch Lily Tee

Here is a new design, the Torch Lily Tee, appearing in Interweave Knits Summer 2011. The yarn is Shibui Heichi which is a 100% silk with a raw tweed texture in a worsted weight--very modern and organic aesthetic.

The sweater is knit from the top down and has a rounded, moderate split hem created with short rows. This is a great quick-knit project, and the fit can be truly customized which is the beauty of top-down construction!
