FINISHED MEASUREMENTS:

6 ½” / 16.5 cm tall by 7” / 18 cm circumference, blocked

NEEDLES:

US size 4 (3.5 mm): 1 set of double-pointed needles, 2 circular needles of any length, or 1 x circular needle of 32” / 80 cm or longer for Magic Loop method

Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

YARN:

  • 145 yds / 133 m of sport weight yarn in 1 color
  • Yarn used: Cloudborn Fibers Superwash Merino Sport Twist (100% superwash merino wool; 200 yds / 183 m per 50 g skein); 1 skein in Grey Heather

NOTIONS:

  • Tapestry needle
  • Locking stitch markers

GAUGE:

32 sts and 42 rnds = 4" / 10 cm in St st, blocked

These simple wrist warmers (no thumbs!) are done in an Aran stitch pattern with rolled Stockinette edges.  Beautiful and easy...a great intro to knitting in the round.
